Has 3-floor workshop currently, total area up to 7,500 square meters, among Mould Department 2,500 square meters, Plastic Injection Department 1,000 square meters
Has 300 employees in total currently, 80 persons in Mould Department, 60 in Plastic Injection Department, among Mould Department has 30 engineers, mould designers 20 persons
Applies Moldflow software to make mould flow analysis, Pro/E, UG, Solidwords & AutoCAD softwares to design mould, and has the domestic and foreign advanced processing equipments, like 8 sets Sodick slow-feeding WEDM, 1 set Sodick CNC EDM, 4 large CNC processing centers
